Make a simple pact with a friend to show up for workouts and stay accountable. This agreement lets you write down your goals schedule and check in rules so you both know what you are committing to.

- Add both emails so reminders and handshake can go out
- Define what counts as a completed session
- Decide how you will check in or send proof
- Stamp the pact and revisit it after a few weeks
