Create a quick record that a person is okay with you using specific photos in certain ways. This is not a full legal release but it is much better than only having a vague verbal yes.

• List which photos or folder the permission covers
• Write how images may be used such as socials or portfolio
• Add photographer and model or parent emails for handshake
• Note any limits like no ads or no resale
• Stamp and store the record with your project files
